Qualifications:

Achievements:

•            Member of the Lawyers Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh for several previous sessions.

•         He founded the Arab Lawyers Network, a company that provides many legal services to government agencies and lawyers in the Gulf countries.

•         In 1423 AH, corresponding to 2002 AD, he was commissioned by the General Authority for Investment to prepare a study on the “Foreign Investment Law and its Implementing Regulations in terms of its conflicts with other laws.”

•        In 2007, he was commissioned by the first Riyadh Economic Forum to prepare a study entitled "The Legislative and Judicial Environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia", which was prepared in cooperation with MR. Abdulaziz Al-Qasim.

•         In  2009 AD, he was assigned to prepare a study entitled “Saudi Commercial Regulations and Development Requirements,” presented to the Riyadh Economic Forum for the year 2009 AD.
